Epson Pro Cinema LS10500 Review

 Epson Pro Cinema LS10500 Review
Epson Pro Cinema LS10500 Review - Epson has released a 4K projector Pro Cinema LS10000, built on the technology of high-quality and rich picture output 3LCD and equipped with a laser light source.

Using the same technology base, the novelty also displays a clear detailed image in 4K UHD resolution with HDCP2.2 support, but is capable of displaying a wide range of HDR tone and contrast. A dual laser light source can create a luminous flux of 1500 lumens, while maintaining a high depth of black. Even at maximum brightness, full compliance with the sRGB color scale and the DCI digital cinema standard is guaranteed.

Although the projector is equipped with only a 1080p LCD matrix, the 4K resolution effect is achieved by quickly shifting the projections of the three color channels. However, in stereoscopic mode, 4K Enhancement does not work. The main advantages of laser projection are a long service life of a light source - up to 30 thousand hours, no maintenance and almost instantaneous brightness control between the maximum and minimum values for a better transition between bright and dark scenes and quick readiness for work.

Pro Cinema LS10500 is equipped with an optical system with the ability to shift the image by ± 90% on the vertical axis and ± 40% - horizontal. The projector has 10 preset zooms, focus and lens shift to display materials on the same screen with 2.4, 2.35, 1.85 and 1.78 aspect ratios without the use of anamorphic lenses and without delays between switching. In addition, an efficient cooling system using heat pipes makes the LS10500 one of the quietest projectors on the market.
